SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Program description

Salsbury Engineering, Inc. operates an internal SMS program to send operational crew dispatch notifications to its field employees — including job assignments, job site addresses (which may include a map link), shift start and stop times, crew lead contact numbers, and safety instructions — and to receive replies.

Opt-in

Employees provide their mobile number to Salsbury Engineering during onboarding or employment and consent to receive dispatch text messages as part of their work. There is no public or web-based sign-up.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on work scheduling. Message and data rates may apply; Salsbury Engineering does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages; you will receive one confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (714) 527-2121 / [email protected].

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s coverage and conditions. This program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy.
